As the MD in a company that specialises in pre-employment screening, I have often found that a great deal of information on the subject is either misunderstood or misinterpreted. I plan to use this blog as a central point of "all things pre-employment screening" and "all things referencing". This blog will obviously much more useful with input from other people with an interest and expertise on the subject, so please, contribute.
